Kelly Stone Architects (KS|A) Ascent Schmidt Design Group KAA RICK Murraysmith AEC Advisors Dibble
/KELLY STONE ARCHITECTS
KS|A’s values on custom succulents planters get passed from peer to peer when recognizing a colleague for embodying that particular value.
/ASCENT
We have designed custom-illustrated postcards that are sent to a colleague when they exhibit one of Ascent’s core values. These postcards serve as a meaningful recognition of our values in action. The postcards come with a perforation line at the bottom, which allows the sender to keep a memento of the postcard that can be utilized as a bookmark.
/KAA
Experiential graphics, employee photo wall, and conference room branding throughout their office.

/MURRAYSMITH
Value coasters themed around faux beer brands. Winner of the SMPS MCA Award for Recruiting and Retention Promotion.
After successfully designing their new branding and website, AEC Advisors asked us to design their new office. The brief was to create an office that attracts and retains great talent.
Visitors are greeted with experiential graphics of the company vision statement and interactive tiles for each employee with fun facts.
/CUSTOM MURAL
This 52-foot-wide mural by DKNG features a fictitious architecture, engineering, and consulting world. Hidden within the mural are “easter eggs” honoring the company’s founding.
/CORE VALUES PILLARS
The five core values, applied to structural steel I-beams are the pillars of company culture.
/OFFICE ARTWORK
For each of the seven private offices, we selected three different black-and-white photos to represent architecture, engineering, and consulting (A/E/C). The purpose statement and company seal add texture. The walls were so successful, that we were asked to create digital replicas for all employees to use as virtual backgrounds.
/CONFERENCE ROOM WALL
One of the brand elements is a series of stripes moving “up and to the right.” Instead of lines, the stripes are made up of client names.
/CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“Thank you all for making this happen for our company. You helped us elevate our brand and move in to a great new office. I tell people that hiring LecoursDesign was the best decision we made to take us to the next level.”
